Pricing Models:
• Hourly Coaching: $250 – $500/hr
• Flat Fee Program (8–12 Weeks): $2,500 – $10,000 (includes calls, resources, templates, deal reviews)
• Monthly Mentorship: (3 month minimum) $2,500/month (includes direct access, deal reviews, unlimited text/email support)
• Fee + Performance Based Model:
(This is where you want me to have skin-in-the-game with full alignment of interest. You pay a lower upfront fee plus a performance based success fee tied to results.): $2,500 upfront + $500 mo + 10% of profits or equity share in all first year deals. (12 month program, with optional extension)
